From design to commissioning
Design & engineering
Every terminal, wire number and device tag comes from EPLAN Electric P8, so the documentation matches the cabinet exactly.
Design & build
Copper distribution, main switching and power wiring assembled in house — from the incoming supply through to every motor feeder.
PLC software development
Siemens S7-1500 automation, programmed in TIA Portal and STEP 7, and tested against the plant before the cabinet ever leaves us.
Installation & commissioning
Operator interface, signal tower and safety circuits are tested in our workshop, then installed and commissioned on site anywhere in the world.
EU & US standards
Every panel is labelled and built to the market it ships to — UL 508A for North America alongside full EN/IEC compliance for Europe.

As an extended workbench for machine and plant builders, INTERSOFT - Automation s.r.o. wires control cabinets to the customer's schematics and parts lists – or takes on the complete electrical design in EPLAN Electric P8, including a 3D digital twin. We are certified to build UL 508A control panels for the USA and Canada (UL file E499918), program Siemens PLCs in TIA Portal and commission on site. 85 % of our production is exported to the EU and Switzerland; we work in German, English and Czech.
